Service Usage

All assets—including workflows, funnels, templates, branding files, and systems—remain the property of Rablux until full payment is received and the assets are officially transferred.

Refund Policy

A refund may be requested only within the first seven days from the start of the service period.

Refund eligibility applies only when:

• No final assets have been transferred or delivered
• You have used the service for a limited period but the ownership of deliverables has not been handed over

Once any assets are transferred, delivered, or imported into your account, no refund will be issued.

Restrictions on Asset Use

You may not sell, resell, redistribute, trade, or share any Rablux assets without written approval.

If you attempt to sell, duplicate, or misuse our assets, Rablux may take legal action, including:

• DMCA takedowns
• Legal claims for damages
• Immediate termination of service

Intellectual Property
All content, systems, templates, workflows, and digital materials created by Rablux remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Rablux is not liable for outcomes related to business performance, revenue changes, system issues, or third-party platform errors. Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Changes to Terms

Rablux may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
